In addition to his apple pressing operation, Joseph P. Bustard also had a thriving pork butchering business and operated a Creamery.

The Creamery was across the street from the farm house and was converted into a home in the 1900's. The building still stands today.

The paths in the photo eventually turned into Bustard and Fisher Roads.
